Tuesday’s in our house has become “Taco Tuesday,” (thank you Lego movie). However, this does not mean just boring old tacos every week…. Nope, not in this household. Eating the Rainbow
Are you eating all the fruits and vegetables needed to stay healthy?
Eating as many vegetables as possible in one meal is very important to me (Eating The Rainbow). Plus, when food is bright and colorful it is much more fun to eat. I am always trying to come up with recipes that I can put my rainbow in. This Teriyaki Quinoa Pineapple Bowl is definitely one of my favorites.
